Images - Arct Cloud

An image is the operating system for POST /servers and reinstall.

Field	Notes
`id`	Differs per location. Use the ID from the server’s datacenter.
`allowed_plans`	Plans the image runs on; empty means every plan. Another plan returns `400 bad_request`.

GET /servers/{server_id} returns the account to sign in with as login_user.
