Arct Cloud accepts credit and debit cards, Alipay, cryptocurrency, and ACH direct debit. The checkout page shows the methods available for your account and order.

Credit and Debit Cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, Diners Club, and JCB cards are accepted, both credit and debit.
  1. Go to Billing > Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter your card details

Cards Issued in India

Cards issued in India must be enabled for international transactions before you can pay with them. Cards from Citibank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, IndusInd Bank, RBL Bank, Axis Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank are less likely to be declined than cards from other banks.

Alipay

Choose Alipay at checkout to pay from your Alipay account.

Cryptocurrency

  1. During deployment or when paying an invoice, select Cryptocurrency
  2. Follow the checkout instructions to choose a cryptocurrency and complete payment
Supported options include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Solana (SOL), and many more tokens and networks. Stablecoin payments are accepted from more than 400 wallets.
Cryptocurrency payment is currently limited and may not be available to every customer in every location. The checkout page shows current availability.

ACH Direct Debit

ACH direct debit is available to qualifying customers with a U.S. bank account.

Manage Payment Methods

Go to Billing > Payment Methods to view saved cards, add new ones, or remove existing ones. The checkout page and order summary show how the selected payment method applies to the current order.
